Treble Making Nuns Hard at
work in one of our weekly
rehearsals (well, maybe not that
hard!) Our poor accompanists
put up with a lot.

We were "born" April, 1999 following a local theater
production of "The Sound of Music" and have been
making the "hills come alive" ever since. Previously
known as both "The Singing Nuns" and "The
TrebleMakers", our identity crisis has been resolved,
giving birth to "The Treblemaking Nuns". We
returned to our roots by doing a 10 week run of "The
Sound of Music" with Sierra Repertory Theatre at the
Fallon House in Columbia, CA the summer of 2005.
Singing the "Sounds of the Season" at Iron Stone
Winery has been the groups highlighted and yearly
performance.

We enjoy singing together so much, that after the 1st Sound of
Music show closed, we weren't ready to quit. We reunited to do
a benefit in the Mother Lode country, and haven't stopped yet.
We're not yet sure who has more fun during performances - us
or the audiences...but, we're still conducting research!
